Raw Materials
The raw materials to be used will depend on the clients’ requirements (types of fabrics, gauges and thread count).
The final product obtained from the fiber and the fabric can have the most detailed garment finishes able to satisfy any demanding client, test and certification.
These are available in either 100% Pure: Pima Cotton, Tanguis; or Blends of: Cotton/Polyester, Cotton w/spandex, Cotton/acrylic, among others.

Production planning and control
The company is focused on offering its customers «full package» products thanks to our control in the manufacturing process. This efficient area offers all the necessary coordination between Planning, Logistics and production, using the different means that the company has.
Means of Production: Weaving, cutting, tailoring, finishing, laundry, dyeing, desings (Printing and embroidery).

We develop and produce circular fabrics as an external service, in a strategic partnership with a company that has a large installed capacity of state-of-the-art Italian machines (Orizio) with a variety of gauges for different types of fabric at request of the customer.
We have a large production capacity with our developing laboratory of washing techniques and effects. Our machinery and qualified personnel allow us to satisfy the most demanding client, so diverse types of washes and effects on fabric or garments can be requested, such as: soff wash, silicone wash, enzyme wash, extreme wash, stone wash, sand wash, mineral wash , deep dye, tie dye, chroma wash, satin wash, among others.
We have a great team qualified in embroidery design and development capable of producing and reproducing the diversity of designs that the client demands. Our state-of-the-art technology is what allows us to be more effective in the production process and thus be able to offer all kinds of techniques, such as embroidery on felt, embroidery on prints, lurex embroidery, burmilana embroidery and hand embroidery.
We develop the dyeing process as an outsource service with two companies that have modern machinery, allowing us to obtain excellent products with exact shades according to the requirement level of our customers. We can dye quantities from 1kg. up to 1000 kg. which enables us to be versatile in development and production.
Our infrastructure is comprised with automatic textile stamping machines and serigraphy to work on various stamping processes and techniques:
Water based, Discharge, Plastisol, Pigmented, Devoré burn out, Flock, Foil, High Density, Reverse print, crack, Photochromatic, Platinium, Puff, Suedex, Base metal, Shimmer, Caviar, Sugar, Distressed, Transfer, Process color, Base rock, focused airbrushing, manual effects, combination of techniques.
Our inputs, always of the highest quality, will guarantee an excellent screen printing work, aimed at clients with demanding requirements.
The processes involve steaming, labeling, folding, bagging and boxing according to the specifications requested by our clients.
